If you want to buy an electric heater to the wall, for a new job (not replacing an old heating), there are several things to note.

Before heating sizing performance

First dimension of the heater (how big is the space that you heat up)

Watts per square meter = 10 to 12 watts (10 watts to use new windows)
375 m² x 10 Watt = 3750 Watt Heater (choose one watt heater 4,000)
Always give yourself a safety factor by averaging.
